NVIS management lays down a structure to support school management and day to day operations .The owning company “El Rooya group “ appoints the General Manager and Chairman who then elects the Senior Management team represented in School Director ,School Deputy and Department heads also known as Board members who bring helpful and wide-ranging knowledge as a consequence of their particular background.Board members undergo governance training and receive safeguarding training in accordance with regulatory requirements. School Head and IB coordinators receive ongoing IB training to meet the needs of the school and students.
